TLC2 appeared, more extracts available

Now that The LaTeX Companion, 2nd edition, has appeared, new extracts from the book are available from this site. In addition to a new version of the PDF file containing the toc, the tables of figures and tables as well as the book’s preface, there is now full text of chapter 3, «Basic formatting tools» and the bibliography and index available.
